Kind has a 7-day return and exchange policy. If the items you receive have any issues, you can
return them without any hassle. However, terms and conditions do apply.


Terms and Conditions For Refund/Exchange:

Returns and exchange policy only applies if:

  • The product differs from the website description and pictures
  • The product is not according to the specifications you chose (size/colour/quantity, etc)


You can only claim a refund/exchange within seven days after the item is delivered to your
doorstep.


Please bear in mind the following conditions:

  • The product should be unused and wrapped in the same packaging
  • The product should bear no signs of damage.


Note: Refunds do not apply to the initial delivery charges. Customers shall bear the shipping
costs of the item shipped for exchange/refund. The refund and return policy does not apply to
items purchased during promotions or sale periods.
